Windows 7 build 7057

In order to have just the one folder picture displayed, I need to manually select a picture under Properties Customize Choose File. Needless to say that doing this close to times sort of gets rather tedious real quick. Funny thing is, doing this creates a desktop. However, when I now delete that desktop. Clearly there is some bug in this build with the desktop. Does anyone know of a way to tell Windows 7 to just display for all folder icons a single folder picture instead of multiples of the same if folders contain just a single image file?
